How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards as well as other payment methods. Whether you are booking a tour or transportation services, once we confirm your reservation, we will text or email you an invoice. Follow the links on the invoice and enter your payment information.

Which tour length should I choose -- 3, 6 or 8 hours?

This is simply finding the perfect balance that fits your needs. Some people have a limited amount of time while visiting Detroit and need to keep things tight. 3 hours is your answer.

For those with more time, the 6 or 8 hour tours work great and allow you to determine a pace that works for your style. If you are looking for an experience and don't want to rush lunch, walking through a park, making an extra stop because of something you just saw... then select the six or eight hour tours.

Obviously, the correct choice comes down to ones budget and the amount of time they would like to spend doing this activity.

Should I tip?

Tipping is of course optional but we hope that you do. Most people consider a 20% tip or more for the services rendered.

If I am doing a tour, where do you pick me up to start my tour of Detroit?

For someone visiting Detroit, we recommend picking you up at a convenient location for you. This can include any of the downtown Detroit hotels, an AirBnB, or elsewhere. If you are staying on a cruise ship, we can meet you within a block of where you are docked. If you are a Metro-Detroiter and live in the suburbs, we are happy to come to your residence. Factor in this to-and-from drive time to Detroit when selecting the package's length of time.

What if it looks like rain for a tour?

We're not going to lie -- having a sunny day makes your time with us more...sunny! Given that we are touring in a car, we can still make your experience desireable. You'll still have a good time and see the city but we may need to adjust our stops to more indoor sight-seeing stops than outdoors. But if your choice is to sit and stare at a TV in your hotel room or come on out with us... there is no doubt you'll have a better time, see a lot more and feel like you turned a rainy day into something quite worthwhile.
